今村昌平1926年生于日本，1951年毕业于筑波大学，后在松竹公司大船摄影所任助导，不久即任导演小津安二郎执导的《早春》一片的助导，并与小津合作了三部影片。他也与野村芳太郎及川岛雄三等导演合作过。1958年今村昌平开始为川岛雄三写剧本《幕末太阳传》，该片成为川岛的代表作。同年，今村被赏识，执导其首部电影《被盗的情欲》。前三部电影的成功，使今村一跃成为一级导演。他还在60年代末（日本电影工业衰退时期）拍摄过一系列纪录片。83年他的《酋山节考》及近作《鳗鱼》曾两度荣获戛纳电影节的最高荣誉——金棕榈大奖。

我就看过他的一部电影：5. 女衒 Zegen (1987) ，是个强人啊。

据说《楢山节考 /Narayama bushiko 》(1983）很不错，貌似我很久之前已经下载了这部的，一直没看。

唉，最近都没什么时间看电影，连看小说的时间也很少了.

八过，年轻人要多花时间在专业学习上。知道有这些东西存在就行了，等有时间和心情的时候就不愁没得看了。
